Every round logged, every fix proven
Walk the building with your phone. Log what you find where you found it, on the floor plan or on the model, and back it with a photo taken on the spot. Basements and plant rooms have no signal, so the round keeps running offline, syncs when you have bars again, and comes out the other side as a PDF report. Nothing gets written up twice.
The notes never survive the drive home
You do a round through a block of flats on a Tuesday morning. Damp patch in the meter cupboard on the third floor, cracked tile at the entrance, a fire door that no longer closes on its own. You photograph what you can and write the rest on the back of a job sheet, because the basement had no signal anyway. By the time you sit down on Thursday, two photos have no location, one note says 'stairwell, second or third', and the fire door is a guess. Three weeks later the building manager asks whether you looked at that door. You did. You just cannot prove it.
The round records itself as you walk it
- Open the round on your phone and work the checklist item by item, ticking off what is fine and logging what is not.
- Drop each defect on the PDF floor plan or on the model, so the location travels with the record instead of living in a description.
- Take the photo on the spot and mark up the picture itself, arrow on the crack, circle on the failed seal.
- The whole round works offline, syncs the moment you have signal again, and turns into a PDF report with the photos and locations already in it.
What you get
Works with no signal
Basements, plant rooms, half-finished shells. The round keeps recording offline and pushes everything up the moment your phone finds a connection.
The same list every visit
Run the same list on every visit so nothing gets skipped, and every answer stays attached to the visit it was given on, with the date on it.
Defects sit on the plan
Pin what you find on the PDF floor plan or on the model. Six months later the next person walks straight to the spot instead of hunting for it.
The round becomes a report
One PDF with the findings, the photos and the locations already in it. It goes to the owner the same afternoon, not next week.
Frequently asked questions
- Does it work without internet on site?
- Yes. The Android app records the whole round offline, photos included, and syncs when your phone finds a connection again. A round that ends in a basement is not lost. There is no iOS app yet, Android only.
- Is this maintenance management software?
- No. There is no asset register, no work orders and no planned-maintenance scheduling. What ships is the round itself: the checklist, the defects pinned on a plan or model, the photo evidence, and the report that comes out at the end.
- Can I see what was logged on the previous visit?
- Every round stays on the project with its date, its photos and its findings, so you can read back what was logged last time and whether it came back. There is no automatic trend report across visits, you are reading the rounds themselves.
