- Is there a free trial?
- Yes. A free trial account gives you projects, IFC and PDF upload, the 3D and 2D viewer, snagging with photos, and a snag-list export. The Wkb layer, the deadlines, the Bbl checks, the certificate library and the full dossier come with a full account. BimDossier is currently in beta, so this is a free, time-limited trial and data you add may be reset or deleted while we iterate. Keep your own copies of anything important.Talk to us about the trial
- What does becoming a founding partner mean for me?
- We onboard a small group of Dutch aannemers by hand, with a direct line to the team and a real say in what we build next. In exchange, we ask for honest real-world feedback. It is separate from the free trial, which is open to everyone.Become a founding partner
- Where does my data live, and is there a DPA?
- Everything runs on EU infrastructure and never leaves it. We sign a verwerkersovereenkomst (DPA) with customers on a paid plan. Read our DPA for the details.
- Do I need BIM models, or do PDF floor plans work too?
- Both. Pin findings straight onto a PDF plattegrond when that's all you have, or onto a federated IFC model when you've got one. Either way, the dossier works the same.
- Does this replace my kwaliteitsborger or instrument?
- No. BimDossier is not an approved Wkb instrument. It runs your dossier and works alongside any kwaliteitsborger and any instrument you already use.
- What does it cost to be a founding partner?
