- Will there be a free plan?
- Yes. Viewing your model in 3D and placing snags will be free. The Wkb dossier, compliance reports and certificates are part of the paid plan.
- What does becoming a founding partner mean for me?
- We onboard a small group of Dutch aannemers by hand, with a direct line to the team and a real say in what we build next. In exchange, we ask for honest real-world feedback.
- Where does my data live, and is there a DPA?
- Everything runs on EU infrastructure and never leaves it. We sign a verwerkersovereenkomst (DPA) with customers on a paid plan. Read our DPA for the details.
- Do I need BIM models, or do PDF floor plans work too?
- Both. Pin findings straight onto a PDF plattegrond when that's all you have, or onto a federated IFC model when you've got one. Either way, the dossier works the same.
- Does this replace my kwaliteitsborger or instrument?
- No. BimDossier is not an approved Wkb instrument. It runs your dossier and works alongside any kwaliteitsborger and any instrument you already use.
- Will it fit the tools I already work with?
- Findings import and export over BCF, so issues round-trip with your kwaliteitsborger's tools instead of living in a silo.
- What does it cost to be a founding partner?
- Founding-partner pricing depends on your team and projects. Start the conversation and we'll talk it through. It commits you to nothing.
